Project Description

This 8 th international Workshop at Ostfalia University is about a “Research Direction in contemporary Management Science”. Target is to prepare a fundamental research and publications that can be an excellent basis for further research and citations.

Key note speakers will report on the latest research results and trends. A new management training concept will be developed based on the theoretical contributions. The results will be published in international Journals or book chapters.

Additional events are planned such as company visits in Uelzen and Hamburg. Additional events, visits, and seminars are offered in the week from July 24-26, 2024 and site visits in Berlin July 27 and 28, 2024.

The Workshop is not public. All participants need to register with Prof. Markus Launer at M-A.Launer@Ostfalia.de.

 

What has happened so far (preparatory work)

International and local relationships have been built up and maintained by Prof. Launer since 2015. This has resulted in two research projects funded by the European Union.

Participation

Academic researchers can participate in the workshop when participating in the one week full program in a listen-only mode. In case you like to present your research, please contact Prof. Markus Launer.

 

Key Note Speakers

All key note speakers will be invited to the workshop. They will submit an abstract on their respective topics no later than July 10, 2024. The abstracts will be shared with all participants. The abstract will be presented and discussed during the workshop. Afterwards, a full paper will be submitted before October 1, 2024. It will be published together with Prof. Markus Launer.

 

It is expected, that all key note speaker and participants engage in the publications, seminars, and other events organized by Prof. Markus Launer
