About us

Who we are

The Faculty of Business is one of 12 faculties of the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences. Together with the Faculty of Health and the Faculty of Automotive Engineering we are the Campus Wolfsburg. 

Currently, about 1,000 students are enrolled at the Faculty of Business. About 40 lecturers, administration staff, and employees are supporting our students in their studies.

The International Academic Year is embedded into our degree “normal” degree programs. This means, as an exchange student or a freemover, you will attend classes together with our regular students. Our students are very motivated to take part in the English taught classes for several reasons: they get credit points, it improves their English, they are interested in the subject, and they are keen to interact with our international guests.

With our special offered classes, we want to enable international students to study at our faculty without the need to have prior knowledge in German. If you want to know which courses we offer in English, please go back to the main page and click on “courses”.

What we do

For degree-seeking students the Faculty of Business offers two bachelor programs and two master programs. Please note that the great majority of the courses are taught in German. Students from abroad, who wish to pursue a degree, must be fluent in German and present an official DSH2 language certificate prior to enrollment.
