Transdisciplinary Qualification and Personnel Development
The aim of this project is to develop a legally reliable and feasible basis for a cooperative and transdisciplinary qualification and personnel development between universities and employers. It is a joint approach by the Ostfalia University and the joint innovation agency of the Lüneburg-Wolfsburg and Stade Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
Companies and universities alike face the challenge of attracting skilled workers and retaining them in the long term. Two separate approaches of the Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences (PRoProf) and the innovation consultancy of the Lüneburg-Wolfsburg and Stade Chambers of Industry and Commerce will be combined and merged into one project. In the sense of lifelong learning, new occupations and development perspectives will be offered to junior staff and managers across sectors.
The implementation of this project is based on the cooperation of the Knowledge and Technology Transfer, PRoProf and the Faculty of Law.
