The research team (Jennifer Maaß, Ahmed Tahar Benmaghnia, Saparya Sood, Alexander Schulte, Sarah Maylin Heß, Marc-Anthony Walter) of Prof. Dr. Winfried Huck was accepted to the conference with their contribution on the European perspective of a right to clean air. Ms Jennifer Maaß, LL.M., doctoral student at the Institute for European and International Business Law opened the second day of the conference with a presentation of the research results and then faced an intensive question and answer session together with Prof. Dr Huck.

With two days full of new ideas and international exchange as well as 237 participants in the presentation, participation in the conference can be considered a complete success for the BELS. A publication of the research result is planned.
