Law, Human Resources Management and Personnel Psychology M.A.
Are you interested in challenging activities, close to people, at the interface of law, human resources management and psychology?
The recipe for success of the established Bachelor RPP is now finally being continued in the form of a Master's degree! The degree programme is aimed at prospective specialists and managers from all branches of the economy who want to take on tasks in the human resources (HR) environment. This degree programme is the right choice for all those who want to actively shape the future of HR management.
The interlocking of content from the three areas of law, HR management and HR psychology prepares graduates to take on important functions - especially management tasks - in various areas of business. For all those interested in a career in the civil service: the Master's degree naturally also opens up access to the higher civil service.
The specialisations "Law" and "Human Resource Management" are offered, which are recognisable through an appropriately chosen research/consulting project and are shown on the certificate after graduation.
With us, you also benefit from a practice-oriented study programme with diverse contacts in the (supra-)regional economy as well as cooperation abroad, varied forms of examination (homework, oral examinations, case studies in group work,...) and individual supervision in small study groups. Lectures in German.
