Wirtschaftsrecht (Business Law LL.B.)
Business Law prepares students in a practical way for jobs in business that require legal and economic competences. Graduates are not prepared for the profession of judge or lawyer - unlike university-trained fully qualified lawyers. Rather, due to their mixed qualification, they are to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses and large industrial enterprises by applying legal knowledge to business problems in a practical manner. For this purpose, the necessary interlocking of sound knowledge of business law and economics takes place, which is additionally rounded off by special knowledge and by key qualifications (e.g. communication training, project management, languages). Lectures in German.
