Finance, Tax and Company Law LL.M.
The Master's programme Finance, Tax and Company Law (LL.M.) provides a broad education in the core competences, business law, auditing, external accounting, controlling, corporate finance, financial management and taxes.
The graduates are to be enabled by a high level of qualification to take on important functions - especially management tasks - in a wide range of corporate areas. The aim is to prepare graduates to make optimal decisions that are aligned with the interests of the company on their own responsibility and in a self-oriented manner from a business management and legal perspective. In addition, the Master's programme opens up access to the higher civil service.
The BELS' diverse foreign cooperations in Europe, the USA, Asia, Australia and New Zealand open up various opportunities for beneficial integration into the Master's programme (e.g. conferences, business contacts, international guest lectures).
The Master's lectures are held in German and English, with advanced courses offered to improve foreign language skills. In addition, the courses are accompanied by innovative forms of examination (e.g. presentations, homework, case studies, etc.). Some lectures in English.
