Law, Personnel Management and Personnel Psychology LL.B.
Are you interested in exciting activities, close to people, at the interface of law, personnel management and psychology?
The Law, Personnel Management and Personnel Psychology (RPP) degree programme prepares you for exactly that in a practical way and opens up a wide range of job and career opportunities around the "personnel" factor.
But what does a "personnel manager" actually do? Human resources work is multifaceted. It ranges from recruiting and hiring new employees, to their promotion and development, to their departure, and takes care of all the employee's needs during this so-called "employee journey". For the employer, the HR manager plans the deployment of personnel, is an important contact person for the managers and helps to shape the company. The RPP degree programme prepares you for this exciting and challenging task by combining business law topics (e.g. individual and collective labour law, commercial and company law and also social law) with business science and business psychology content and key qualifications (e.g. communication training, project management).
With us, you also benefit from a practice-oriented study programme with two practical semesters and diverse contacts in the (supra-)regional economy as well as cooperation abroad, varied forms of examination (homework, oral examinations, case studies in group work,...) and individual supervision in small study groups. Lectures in German.
