BELS International Semester 2020

We offer a full-semester English program at BELS each summer term. We cover a profound selection of law courses with a strong link to current economic aspects.

The lectures are aimed at Bachelor degree students who have at least finished year one of their studies. Everybody else interested in the subjects is more than welcome to apply as well.

There are no tuition fees. Please see below for information on the program expenses.

Please note that you need to be enrolled in a Master’s program at your home university in order to enroll for these courses.

      • Your name
      • Your home university
      • Your major and the year you are in
      • The International Semester classes you are interested in taking

Program includes

  • Access to English databases (Oxford Journals, Kluwer, etc.)
  • Insights into the German legal system (visit to the district court)
  • Tours of the city and region (e.g. Volkswagen Autostadt, Jägermeister factory, Wolfenbüttel/Brunswick city tour)

Program details

  • The International Semester starts 2 March and ends 8 July 2020.
  • Administrative fees per semester: approx. 300 € (incl. student ticket for public transport; accommodation and living expenses not included)
  • Mandatory German health insurance: approx. 100 €/month
  • Accommodation can be organized via our International Students' Office (approx. 400 €/month)
